It is important that you keep as fit and active as possible during pregnancy but often advice can be helpful.
It is generally advised that you do not take up a new sport during the first trimester but you can continue your normal activities within reason.
We run Pilates classes that are suitable for pregnant ladies (from week 14 on). If we have sufficient numbers, we do run special classes and we can also do private Pilates classes.
