Our Healthy Bones class is specifically designed to help improve your bone health
If you have osteoporosis or osteopaenia, this is probably the class for you. The aims of the class are to:
- Promote bone density by using weight-bearing and resisted exercises, particularly for the hip and back muscles.
- improve balance to prevent falls.
- Improve posture and flexibility
- Provide advice and information on osteoporosis and osteopaenia
- Be Fun!!
The classes last one hour and are currently all on Zoom with a limited number allowed to attend in the clinic. If you are interested in doing a trial class for FREE, please contact us so that we can arrange it for you. Classes are booked in sets of eight (€120 Zoom/€140 clinic) and can be joined at any time.
Please give us notice if you are unable to attend as there is a cancellation charge for late cancellations or no shows.
CLASS TIMETABLE
Pilates classes are run in sets (with the exception of Post-Natal Pilates) and the date below each Pilates class indicates when the next set starts. Other classes can be joined at any time. At the moment, all are classes are being run on Zoom but we are also able to have three or four in the clinic (subject to being fully vaccinated)..
