All our Pilates instructors are chartered physiotherapists.
This means they have an in-depth knowledge of all of the muscles and joints in the body. Our Pilates classes are open to all adults but we do specialise in classes for those who have musculo-skeletal issues.
We also have post-natal Pilates classes on Wednesday mornings with Mariola. She is a women’s health physiotherapist and A.P.P.I. Pilates instructor.
We are running all our classes on Zoom at the moment. A set of six Beginner classes costs €90 and eight Intermediate or Advanced classes costs €120. You will need some equipment at home: a mat, a cushion, a kitchen chair, some stretchy exercise band (we can supply this). Your instructor will advise if you need anything else.
Once you have booked, we will send you an email with information about the classes, what to wear etc. You will receive an email with the Zoom link, meeting ID and passcode). If you have to cancel a class, you can do a catch-up class at a later date, provided you have given us enough notice. There is a €5 charge for failing to attend without notice. Please note, you have to pay in full for each set, you can’t use catch-ups as part payment for future classes.
CLASS TIMETABLE
Pilates classes are run in sets (with the exception of Post-Natal Pilates) and the date below each Pilates class indicates when the next set starts. Other classes can be joined at any time. At the moment, all are classes are being run on Zoom. We may be able to have one to four in the clinic depending on the Covid restrictions that are in place at the time.
