Healthy Bones Classes –
The classes can be joined at any time – please call to book your mat!

Our Healthy Bones classes are designed with the Over 50’s in mind:

  • To promote bone density by using weight-bearing exercises and resisted strengthening exercises, particularly hip and tummy muscles.
  • To improve balance and to help prevent falls
  • To improve posture and flexibility
  • To provide advice and information on osteoporosis and osteopaenia
  • To be fun!!!

The class is run to music and last for one hour.  All equipment and water is provided.

Monday 10.00 a.m. (Full)
Monday 11.00 a.m. (3 spaces)
Wednesday 10.30 a.m. (2 spaces)
Thursday 10.00 a.m. (Full)

€140 for eight classes (maximum of six per class) – call us for a voucher for a FREE CLASS!!  Classes need to be used within a 12 week period.  If you are unable to attend your own class (and give us enough notice to accommodate someone else), you can attend a class on a different day.  If you attend a second class within the same calendar week, you will be given a discount on the second class.
