Healthy Bones Classes –
The classes can be joined at any time – please call to book your mat!
Our Healthy Bones classes are designed with the Over 50’s in mind:
- To promote bone density by using weight-bearing exercises and resisted strengthening exercises, particularly hip and tummy muscles.
- To improve balance and to help prevent falls
- To improve posture and flexibility
- To provide advice and information on osteoporosis and osteopaenia
- To be fun!!!
The class is run to music and last for one hour. All equipment and water is provided.

Thursday 10.00 a.m.
€140 for eight classes (maximum of seven per class) – call us for a voucher for a FREE CLASS!! If you are unable to attend one of your classes, you can do a catch-up class at a later date provided that you have let us know the previous day by the latest. That means you get your full set even if you are away, sick or just too busy.
