Healthy Bones Classes
ALL OUR CLASSES ARE BEING RUN ONLINE AT THE MOMENT USING ZOOM CLOUD MEETINGS. PLEASE CALL/EMAIL US IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO JOIN ANY OF THESE CLASSES.
Our Healthy Bones classes are designed with the Over 50’s in mind:
- To promote bone density by using weight-bearing exercises and resisted strengthening exercises, particularly hip and tummy muscles.
- To improve balance and to help prevent falls
- To improve posture and flexibility
- To provide advice and information on osteoporosis and osteopaenia
- To be fun!!!
The class lasts for one hour.

Monday 10.30 a.m. – Lesley
Tuesday 10.00 a.m. – Ahmad
Wednesday 10.30 a.m. – Mariola
Thursday 10.00 a.m. – Lesley
Thursday 10.00 a.m. – Ahmad
ONLINE CLASSES: €120 for a set of 8 online classes and only €5 for each additional classes in the same calendar week. Call Claire if you would like to do a trial class prior to signing up.
CLINIC CLASSES (SUSPENDED FOR THE MOMENT).
€140 for eight classes (maximum of six per class) – call us for a voucher for a FREE CLASS!! Classes need to be used within a 12 week period. If you are unable to attend your own class (and give us enough notice to accommodate someone else), you can attend a class on a different day. If you attend a second class within the same calendar week, you will be given a discount on the second class.
